Hurricane Frances

We're sitting out in California glued to the Weather Channel as news from the devestation from Frances in Florida comes trickling in. Both Erisa and I wish that we could be there with our families during this, as crazy as that sounds.

Its like watching Andrew all over again, but the more news I see from the area that my grandparents live the more anxious I get. We haven't been able to get in touch with them, but I know that is only because the phone and power lines were some of the first things to get knocked down.

Trees seem to be down everywhere, flooding, and massive wind. As I watched last night, they reported Boca Raton as having some of the greatest gusts.

I will be very glad once the storm has moved off the coast.
